Jennifer L. Morgan

Jennifer L. Morgan is a 2005 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law. She received an undergraduate degree in both English and History from West Virginia Wesleyan College, where she served as an editor of the newspaper and member and officer of the sorority Alpha Delta Pi.

Mrs. Morgan served as law clerk from 2005 to 2006 for the Honorable Judge John L. Henning and the 20th Judicial Circuit Court. Her practice now concentrates in the area of real estate law.

Mrs. Morgan is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and the Randolph County Bar. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, and United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.

Mrs. Morgan is Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Elkins-Randolph County Public Library, member of the Leadership Randolph Class of 2025, Assistant Director of the Mountain State Forest Festival, and member of the Randolph County Development Authority Board of Directors.
