Robert C. Chenoweth

Robert Chenoweth joined the firm as an associate attorney in October 2007 and became a partner in January 2013.  Mr. Chenoweth practices general civil litigation, with an emphasis on business law, homeowner association law, and municipal law. Mr. Chenoweth is a 2007 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from West Virginia University College of Business and Economics in 2004, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Mr. Chenoweth is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and Randolph County Bar.  He is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.

Mr. Chenoweth serves as a member of the Elkins City Council.
